We made it to Day 5 of Ground, Grow, and Glow! 🎉

And today, we awaken intuition, clarity, and deep knowing as we tap into the Third Eye Chakra. 🔮✨


The Third Eye Chakra also known as Ajna Chakra is our inner vision, our deep gut wisdom, the space where logic meets intuition. When balanced, we experience clarity, trust in our decisions, and a connection to our higher self. When blocked, we may feel confused, indecisive, or out of alignment. But not today! Today, we reclaim our inner knowing! 💜





Trusting Your Inner Compass: Are You Listening to Your Intuition?

Your Third Eye Chakra is like a spiritual GPS, always guiding you toward your highest path. But here’s the thing—are you listening? Listening doesn't mean you 'just hear' but way more, are you listening through every sense of your body, Or are you drowning in logical thinking (limited by the memory of the past), over-analyzing, self-doubt and overthinking?


Today, we sharpen our vision. We tune in. We trust. 🦉


When your Third Eye Chakra is activated, you:

  • Affirmations for Intuition – Repeat these throughout the day:

    • I trust my intuition.

    • My inner wisdom is always guiding me.

    • Clarity and insight flow to me with ease.

  • Journaling for Insight – Reflect on:

    • When was the last time I ignored my intuition, and what happened?

    • What messages have been coming through that I need to listen to?

    • How can I honor my intuition and inner wisdom?

  • Reduce Mental Clutter – Limit distractions, turn off social media for a while, and spend time in silence. Your intuition thrives in stillness. 🧘‍♀️
