Hi, I’m Baita, a certified health coach, yoga teacher, and former pharmacist with over 15 years in healthcare. Like many high-performing women, I once juggled a packed schedule, ignoring my own needs while trying to do it all. The result? Chronic stress, burnout, gut issues, and a disconnection from my body that left me exhausted and overwhelmed.

    No prior experience is needed! C.O.R.E. meets you where you are. I’ll guide you step-by-step and provide all the tools, resources, and support you need to succeed.
